TOPSY TURVY

INVERTING

Invert your way to greatness! This class focuses mostly on upside down pole poses, transitions and combos.
*Pre-requisite: Pole Princess level or higher.

POLE NEW B

INTRO TO POLE

If you are brand new to pole dancing, you are a Pole New Bee.  This is an introduction to pole dancing. You must take this class first. Take this class about 4 to 8 times before moving on to the next level- Pole Princess. It’s important to start off with the correct foundation.  Not only will you learn pole tricks, you will also learn sensual floor work, how to walk, crawl and more.
Attire: Gym shorts, tank top or t-shirt.

POLE PRINCESS

LEVEL 2

Now you are getting stronger and building more confidence! You will start learning pole combos, basic climbing technique and basic inversions. After you feel confident with the majority of the Pole Princess tricks, you'll be ready to go up to our next level, which is Pole Diva.
Attire: Gym shorts, tank top or t-shirt. Heels (recommended) but you can do the class barefoot also if you choose to.

OPEN POLE PRACTICE

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

Learned a new move or combo in class and want to work on it even more? Come on in to practice it to perfection! Minimal supervision but no instruction is provided. Only practice moves you are completely comfortable with!
*Pre-requisite: All fitness levels welcome.

PRIVATE POLE LESSON

ONE ON ONE

Book a Private Lesson or Session to receive one on one, private pole instruction. Private classes are available 7 days a week outside of regularly scheduled session Classes, workshops, and parties.

TWERKOUT

CARDIO

This is where all twerkoholics come to have fun and of course burn calories with this killer cardio twerk out. You’ll feel like you’re in the club with the latest and greatest booty popping hits and flashing lights! Twerking engages a person’s core, hamstrings, lower back, and, of course, glutes! Let’s Twerk it Out!
*Pre-requisite: All fitness levels welcome.

FLEXY FELON

STRETCH

Pole fitness will tighten muscles. Don’t forget to stretch those sore muscles out. It is essential to muscle flexibility and strength. Stretching and flexibility helps reduce chance of injury and can lower stress. This class is 50 minutes of relaxing yoga poses that specially target common pole dancers’ sore spots.

POLE CONDITIONING

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Get stronger on the pole by doing sets of different pole drills. These drills will also help build your endurance on the pole. It may be tough, but it will all be worth it!
